Our well-equipped facility includes a wide range of state of the art machinery and inspection equipment ready to take on any project that comes our way.
Manufacturing technology includes numerous multi axis CNC machines with turning and milling capability up to 3 metres in length, and Flexible Manufacturing Systems capable of working to produce components to close tolerance 24 hours a day.
To complement our state of the art CNC machinery we utilise a wide range of manual machines, together with finishing, fitting & assembly plant, whilst our inspection facility houses highly accurate measuring and finish inspection equipment.

Inspection Facilities
Our inspection facility houses a range of highly accurate measuring and finish inspection equipment including a Mitutoyo Surface Finish Tester, Trimos V4-700, Mitutoyo Profile Projector, Time TH130 Electronic Hardness Tester, Avery Hardness Tester and a comprehensive range of inspection instrumentation such as Callipers, Micrometers, Bore Micrometers and Screw Gauges.

Measuring range 510mm X-axis, 410mm Y-axis, 330mm Z-axis. Fitted with a Renishaw MH20i probe and uses advanced Tutor computer software Volumetric Accuracy: U3 = 4 + 4L/1000 um.
